Nathan Houser (President) is Emeritus Professor of Philosophy at Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis, former Director and General Editor of the Peirce Edition Project, and a past president of the Charles S. Peirce Society. [Term of office as president began April 30, 2013]

Robert Lane (Secretary-Treasurer) is Professor of Philosophy at the University of West Georgia and Editor (Peirce submissions) of the Transactions of the Charles S. Peirce Society.

Joseph Brent is a past president of the Charles S. Peirce Society and the author of Charles Sanders Peirce: A Life (Indiana UP).

André De Tienne is Professor of Philosophy at Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis and Director and General Editor of the Peirce Edition Project.

Kathleen Hull is Director of the Byrne Seminars at Rutgers University.

James Liszka is Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs at SUNY Plattsburgh and the author of A General Introduction to the Semeiotic of Charles Sanders Peirce (Indiana UP).
